The founder and President of Orange Mountain Systems Management, Inc. (OMSM), Elmer Nasser, started with PeopleSoft beta versions in 1993 (Version 2.2) – providing solutions to customers and organizations from then until now. OMSM started in January 2010 by Mr. Nasser. He has 20+ years of experience delivering HR and Finance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system solutions. He is an accomplished ERP systems leader, account manager, strategic solutions manager and program manager professional with technical, business process, and client relationship expertise. Experience includes full-life cycle implementations, upgrades, optimizations, advisory, shared services, and project management of HR and Finance Systems service offerings, including experience with on-premise and cloud technologies.
HR and Finance applications experience includes Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Workday, and Adaptive Planning - Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management business functions. Mr. Nasser is a Certified Scrum Master. He is well versed in System Implementation Methodologies and SDLC processes, and has a strong ability to work with clients in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Financial Planning, and IT organizations to partner and implement system solutions to meet business needs.
