OMSM provides Workday experienced Project Managers to work closely with Client Project Manager and Implementation Partner Engagement Manager to manage the implementation process to ensure milestones and objectives are met and the program is delivered to plan. In most cases, the Client does not possess the necessary background and experience to lead the internal team, and to provide the necessary guidance and direction that is required for a successful deployment.
OMSM provides experienced Test Leads to manage all phases of testing – Configuration, End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Payroll Parallel testing phases. Typically, the client is responsible for this role, including Test Planning, Coordination, Execution, and Management of Test Scenarios and Defects. OMSM has developed a proven methodology to successfully deliver on all testing phases. We also provide a set of test scenarios as a baseline starting point.
OMSM provides experienced resources to support Training and Communications. An area that is often overlooked or not provided the necessary focus, can turn a successful system implementation into a failure. Proper Training and Communications is as important as getting the deployment correct - must identify and communicate process and organizational impacts.
