Implementation of new technology platform to stand up centralized HR Shared Services organization
Redesign and implementation of efficient business processes
HR Shared Services organization established in central facility with proper tools and processes to support employees

Provided IT Management Consulting services for large-scale Shared Services Project. Project included HR and Finance Shared Services implementation and consolidation of business functions to centralized facility in Charlotte, NC.

Managed Oracle and PeopleSoft technologies. Applications included: PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1; PeopleSoft CRM/Help Desk, Oracle Web Center, Oracle Enterprise Content Management, PING for Single Sign-on capabilities, and Novell eDirectory for Identity Management and User Authentication and Authorizations. Successfully completed transition to Shared Services model.
