Led all testing and cutover to production activities for Workday 27 HR Implementation. Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Talent and Performance Management, Payroll Interface, Data Warehouse, Reporting, 102 Interfaces
- Worked closely with client leadership and implementation partner to develop strategic and tactical plans for all testing and cut-over to production activities
- Developed and managed overall testing strategy for End to End (3 Cycles), UAT, Regression, and Performance test phases, including business process model and structure to capture and report on test scenarios and defects
- Developed structure, approach, and execution for JIRA – testing tool
- Managed and led daily testing status calls with 80+ client and implementation partner resources
- Developed strategy and approach for cutover to production. Developed detailed tactical execution plans for: Transactions cutoff in legacy systems; Catch-up transactions during cutover window; Interim processes between legacy system shutdown and Workday go-live; Project schedule for Communications, Gold tenant build, Production tenant build, and all IS infrastructure application areas impacted. Led daily meetings to execute plan.
