Provided oversight and advisory services for Workday 31 HR and Finance implementation – Plan, Architect, Test, Deploy, and Support phases. Oversight of Implementation Partner’s milestones and deliverables to ensure consulting team delivers to plan. Providing support to client’s on-site Project Manager by providing insights to best practices for overall Project Management services.
