Led all phases of the Workday 29 HR implementation – Plan, Architect, Test, Deploy, and Support. Functions included Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Core HR, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Succession, Payroll, and 76 integrations
- Performed advisory and project management oversight for FINRA’s milestones and deliverables to ensure Workday consulting team delivered to plan
- Led team of 50+ resources (30 on client side and 25 on Workday Consulting side)
- Led vision of project – always looking forward to next major milestones and how we would achieve. Leveraged past Workday projects experience to lead team.
- Worked closely with client Program Manager/Director, Vice President of Finance, and Workday’s Engagement Manager to lead all phases of implementation – Plan, Architect, Test, Deploy, and Post Production Support
- Developed and managed overall implementation plan and schedule, including other FINRA work streams impacted – SOX, Change Management, Kainos Automated Testing Tool, ADP, SSO and Step-up Authorization, Data Warehouse, Cutover to Production, and Post Go-Live Support
- Created and presented weekly status to Steering Committee – CIO, SVP of IT, SVP of HR, SVP of Finance, VP of Finance, and Director of IT
- Created and presented bi-weekly status to Business Advisory team – team members from the Business side
